The essential functions include:

  • Coordinate and dispatch IT requests in ticket queue
  • Track open tickets and response/resolution times
  • Act as a liaison between staff and technicians for status updates
  • Field urgent requests to IT and dispatch technicians as needed
  • Coordinate meeting requests and rooms setups with technicians
  • Maintain technician/site calendar
  • Track IT inventory including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, Internet hot spots and SIM cards
  • Responsible for tracking of equipment for on-boarding/off-boarding of staff, ensuring timely delivery or receipt
  • Responsible for procurement and approval tracking
  • Provide administrative and clerical support
  • Assist in agency wide communication to staff via email and/or RAVE alerts
  • Assist in purchasing and tracking of deliveries
  • Maintain tracking of software licenses and IT contracts
  • Provide data entry support as needed
  • Other duties as required

  • Ability to use computer keyboard and/or switchboard approximately 90% of the day
  • Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work including administrative, clerical and office machine operation
  • Lift and/or move up to 30 pounds

Equipment and Computer Software Skills and Abilities:

  • Computer literate (basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Able to operate standard office equipment, including switchboard, fax machines, printers, photocopier machines, calculators, adding machines, postage machine, personal computers and terminals
  • Able to operate phone systems including walkie-talkie, cell phones, and Direct Connect


  • Regularly work indoors in a variety of  environments
  • Potential exposure to blood borne pathogens


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
