Hillsides recognizes that a benefit package is important for each employee. The security of medical and dental benefits, group term life insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) program enhances employees' effectiveness, productivity and satisfaction. Hillsides also observes eight paid holidays annually.

All employees, with the exception of contract workers, are eligible for the medical and dental group insurance plan participation. Hillsides provides, at no cost to the employee, a group term life insurance plan that pays a death benefit of up to two times the employee's annual salary, based on full time employment.
