ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential functions include: 

  • Outstanding inter-personal skills including in depth understanding of differential teaching strategies to match learning styles

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • Mastery of Office 365 suite of programs

  • Capacity to integrate and self-initiate training on database systems used in the organization, such as the electronic health record system Welligent and I Dashboard.

  • Execute and provide workforce training 

  • Maintain and deliver Welligent training

  • Training on basic software and writing skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Office 365 and data/electronic records programs

  • Oversee implementation and delivery of administrative managerial skills training

  • Provide training for the implementation of measurement tools, data collection and evaluation procedures, and PQI practices

  • Develop and maintain Administrative Assistant/ Program Assistant training standards

  • Establish and maintain a systems training library

  • Assume responsibility for the coordination of systems training events

  • Provide assistance to training department function, including internal projects and clinical trainings.

  • Act as a liaison to leadership in order to identify systems training needs including participating in work groups and committee meetings surrounding data analytics

  • Maintenance of systems training manuals

  • Other duties as required

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients,  clinical staff, other employees, county representatives and the general public

  • Ability to speak a language other than English if required based on case load

  • Ability to define problems, gather, transcribe and post data, analyze, synthesize and classify information, and draw valid conclusions

  • Ability to use computer keyboard up to 50% of the day
  • Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or other computer equipment
  • Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds

 

Equipment and Computer Software Skills and Abilities:

  • Computer proficient (expertise in Microsoft WORD, Excel, and Outlook) and data/electronic records program currently in use

  • Able to use telephone, office copier, calculator, fax machine, computer printer and scanner, or other equipment as required

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Regularly work indoors and in the community in a variety of environments
  • Potential exposure to blood borne pathogens

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE& CERTIFICATES

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Teaching experience in adult learning setting preferred
  • Spanish speaking preferred
  • Valid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides’ insurance carrier
